As a guide, coaching arrangements are normally for a minimum of 6 one-hourly sessions, held every week or fortnight in person or by phone, though can be tailored based on the individual's and organisation's needs.
The purpose of a 360° assessment is to provide feedback to assist individuals to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and to put in place relevant and robust development plans.
A 360° questionnaire asks for feedback from the supervisor, peers and direct reports as well as the individual. If appropriate, customers and other groups may also be included as raters. The feedback is anonymous by reporting in rater groups.
