OUR PEOPLE KRIS REYNOLDS: Kris Reynolds is the Principal Consultant for Leaders by Design Executive Consulting. She has an extensive background in leadership development, organisation development and human resource management gained in a wide range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Not for Profit, Government and Retail Sectors. Most recently she was the leading global HR specialist for an ASX 100 Australian manufacturer. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sociology and Politics), a Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resources) and a Master of Leadership. She is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
